Request a deck builder
Tell us your town and what you have in mind. An independent deck builder will call you back to talk it through and set a time to see the house.
Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your town or address, so the request reaches a builder who works there
- Whether it's a new deck, a repair, a rebuild, stairs and guards, or a roof or screens
- Roughly how big the deck is and how high it sits above the yard
- Whether the house wall is siding, brick or stone where the deck would attach
- A few photos of the house or the current deck, if you have them
Stairs pulling away or a guard that sways? Rope off that part of the deck and keep people and pets off it until a builder has looked. On a tall hillside deck, don't stand under it either.
